The tranquil space features two king beds and 2.5 bathrooms, Guests can unwind in the the spacious living room or the cozy office area which includes a convenient sofa bed . Whether you’re working or relaxing this home offers a perfect balance of privacy and shared space.

This tastefully decorated two-bedroom two-bath smoke-free home is located near the Cimarron Golf and Activities Center. Lots of great amenities - Sun City Grand is one of the finest 'active adult' communities in Arizona and offers plenty to enjoy: outstanding winter weather - golf - pickleball - recreation & relaxation.

Sun City Grand has four beautiful golf courses and two state-of-the-art fitness centers where you can swim in any of the indoor or outdoor pools - work out - enjoy fitness classes - or treat yourself by relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere. The activity centers have several fun group and club activities to participate in if you wish. Enjoy the warm Arizona sun as you walk or bike around the winding neighborhood streets and trails.

ACTIVITY FEE = $300 PER PERSON (FOR 3 MONTHS). PROVIDES ACCESS TO CIMMERON MASSAGE AND DAY SPA (ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY FOR SPA) - ADOBE FITNESS CENTER - POOLS AND HOT TUBS AT BOTH FACILITIES + MEMBER RATES ON ALL FOUR SUN CITY GRAND GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP COURSES.

*Please note that Sun City Grand is an age-restricted community; One renter must be 45 years of age or older - no children under the age of 19.
