Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space, located in a 55+ community. This beautifully furnished pet-friendly home has everything you need to make you feel at home. Enjoy your stay at this 2 BR, 2 BA home which also features a murphy bed, 2 living areas, a desk, 2 dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the comfortable patio furniture and enjoy the backyard surrounded by beautiful flowering shrubs. Use the included golf cart to explore all that SCW has to offer.
The space
This is a 55+ community and at least one guest must be at least 55 years old to rent.

Sun City West has 7 public golf courses. The use of other Sun City West amenities is only allowed with stays of 30 or more days, and guests must purchase a tenant card at an additional cost of approximately $105 per month per HOA. Up to two tenant cards are allowed to be purchased with this property.

Please note that this property does have one exterior camera, located on the garage code keypad.

Golf cart drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license and auto insurance. Golf cart can only be driven on local streets within the community of Sun City West.
