The sheets were dirty and that was enough for me to leave. I left the hotel soon after my arrival. The hotel couldn’t do anything for me since I booked the room via Expedia. Once I contacted Expedia they refused to refund my money. Horrible experience with hotel and Expedia.

They don’t have full time staff/housekeeping here. They do everything by text. I text for towels and toilet paper and 1 more package of coffee. They stopped w towels, but I never received toilet paper or coffee. It was too cold to use the pool-but the jets in the hot tub did not work. The room was very clean though. For the price I would stay here again. I liked that it was kind of in the middle of everything that we were going to do while there. It was also nice that the airport was only 15 minutes away as we had an early flight. They were also very accommodating when we asked if it would be possible to check in early.

It was good to have a washing machine in the room, we had a good sleep, we only found a dripping stain on the toilet which was very grosss but they had chlorine wipes so i cleaned it. Also there are some long term guests i wasnt expecting that, it feels like an apartment complex

Staff was friendly and responsive. Facility is old and needs updating. Floors were dirty. Walls are thin and all could be heard from room above. Bathroom doors warped so it would not open or close without significant effort. Looks like they are trying to upgrade but have a ways to go. Convenient to a lot of activities though. Photos on Expedia are not accurate to what you get.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There were lots of little perks and nice amenities, ie snacks, games etc. The property is a little older, which you can definitely feel. Cracks in the tub, peeling caulking, heating and cooling units. But for the price, this place is a gem.

It's too bad there's no way to attach photos on this review. So I give Expedia 2 out of 5 on that one. There are obvious signs that the Tempe Oasis is an old property. CONS: * cigarette burns on the marble top kitchen table * signs of previous sloppy paint jobs * coffee table very scuffed up, not the same as stressed wood look * very small pillows on the bed and lumpy, hard to sleep on * screws on the bottom of the shower grab bar completely pulled out * dirty hand print on the lumpy couch PROS: * completely remodeled FULL kitchen with full sized fridge, dish washer, dishes and utensils * stacked washer and dryer * beautiful courtyard, pool area and game/TV room * More secure since all rooms are only accessible from inside the courtyard. * Room locks with customized number code deadbolt... no key necessary. We arrived late so we were texted an exterior gate access code to be able to get to our room. It was dark and difficult to see so getting the gate to open was tricky. There's no one at the front desk at night. If you need help, you respond to the check-in text they send you. I asked for the Wi-Fi password but didn't receive it until the next day which was very inconvenient. I suppose it's a sign of the times that in the three days we were there, we had no direct interaction with any one from the hotel. Overall, I think it was a pretty good value but a little more attention to some simple things could have elevated the experience.

The room was very old and outdated. The pictures and outside views do not match the inside. The paint was old and peeling. The floor boards were coming up. It looked like an old extended stay room. There is no tv in the bed room only the living room. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty we had to rewash them.*********** The only reason I gave it two stars was because of the good location, the bed was comfortable, and it had a washer and dryer that’s it. It was my daughter’s 24th birthday and we were very disappointed at the aesthetics of the room.

I had the opportunity to visit AZ all the way from NYC this past weekend. I came solo but never felt more safe in my life. Tempe Oasis is very well lit, clean, and makes you feel at home. There is a coffee and snack bar in the main lobby , and you are welcome to take whatever you like! On Sunday, I am unsure if it was a staff member or owner but they were very gracious and brought delicious donuts for us. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel. It is also very convenient to other adjacent locations for shopping, dining , sightseeing and much more. My room was well lit, clean, and cozy! It was a little too chilly to swim, but there was a hot tub which I frequented during my stay. All amenities are clean and spotless. Front desk staff is also wonderful and super helpful and kind. Thank you Tempe Oasis! I will be back soon!!!!

The furniture is less than desirable. There were lights that don’t work, TV didn’t work. Futon for couch. No tv in room. Used sponge in sink. Appeared to be some mold on ceiling. You can hear every suitcase gliding above you from the bottom floor. Was not expecting 5 stars but with the rating of exceptional I was expecting much better.
