They have a beautiful pool/hot tub area. Too bad it was a bit to cold to use. They have a wonderful game room with air hockey, bag toss, pool table, fooze ball, and some others.The room was fine. Firm bed. The furniture in our room was kind of crappy. I saw better furniture in other rooms so they are probably upgrading.

We didn’t have paper towels or basic utensils. #527 is right next to housekeeping laundry facilities. It was loud and slightly vibrated the furniture. Also, not family friendly because of strip clubs up and down the main road on the property’s side of the highway.

Received the gate code and door code via email, arrived late at night after flight delays and really found our rooms. Very spacious, huge rooms, everything in working order and clean. Only texted once needing more towels and they were delivered quickly.

This is not the place to stay off you want daily cleaning, which was perfectly fine with me. We were still able to get everything we needed with a quick text to the front desk. The room was clean and the area was pretty quiet.

We travel a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. The game room was in good shape and the hotel room itself was like a small apartment. It will probably become our preferred hotel when staying in the Phoenix area.

Wonderful stay! (Wish the pool opened earlier)

Excellent! Very clean and the staff was super friendly. It was a beautiful property and I was very comfortable! The pool area was wonderful as well. My only (rather big) complaint was that the pool didn't open until 10am. I wish it would have opened sooner, around 8am, in order to enjoy more time at the pool before heading out for the day. Fortunately there was seating with bistro style chairs and a table right outside of the pool in a beautiful garden area, so I spent some enjoyable time there while waiting for the pool to open.

Great place very quiet very clean the maintenance manager Johnny was fantastic! He was able to help us with anything we needed. The front desk lady was also fantastic
