Getaway in this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in Mesa. Sleeping arrangements include: 4 beds, 1 queen pull-out couch. It’s proximity to many attractions sets it apart! Cubs and A’s spring training facilities under 3 miles away. A 10 minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport allows you to waste no time on your getaway! Old town Scottsdale is less than 10 miles (15 minute drive) and downtown Phoenix also allows for a quick day trip!

Outdoor: A private unheated pool can be found on the property (38 feet long by 19 feet wide, 3 to 9 feet deep). A smoker and charcoal grill are available as is a fire pit located near the pool.

Indoor: One king bed and three queen beds along with a queen pull out couch are found on the property, sleeping 8-10. Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney plus, and more with your own log in. Board games are available along with a dining table to seat 8 (extra chairs in bedroom) is available. A master bedroom with a en-suite bathroom and ceiling fans are also featured at this property. Free wifi and shared access with renters to washer and dryer. Linens and towels along with complementary toiletries, central air conditioning, iron and iron board, and hair dryer available.

Parking: 3 vehicles will fit on circle driveway. (Carport reserved for casita tenants).

If you'd like to pay to check in earlier we do charge $30 per hour. Please let us know three days in advance if this is something you'd like to arrange!

Renters live in casita in back of house, which is a completely separate building. Respecting their privacy and keeping noise levels down when outside is appreciated. The tenants will share access to the laundry room with guests, but the entire house and pool area is guests area to enjoy!

It was perfect…almost.

I enjoyed this property. There is always little things that aren’t perfect but all in all, it was great. My only disappointment was that it was too cold to swim in the pool but you can’t predict Mother Nature.

Baseball Getaway

Great stay overall, walkable to Hohokam Stadium and transit. Very comfortable beds. On a bit of a busy street so be prepared for some traffic noise and a barking dog on the neighboring property. The pool is not heated, but the kids did brave it and enjoyed the slide immensely.

This house was a perfect place for many reasons. Not only was Emily just a text away, but we were close to everything. Beds were so comfortable. I looked forward to retiring at the end of a busy day. Very nice house and backyard space

Our family spent 3 nights at this house. There was enough room for our family and the outdoor space was very nice. We spent a lot of our time in the mornings and then in the evening after getting back from our activities during the day out in the various areas around the pool. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen and the house. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The only drawback for us was that the pool wasn’t heated so we were unable to use it while we were there, although we knew that beforehand.

Excellent accommodations in great location!

Very tidy and lovely home, equipped with everything you need. Beds were all comfortable and good sized bedrooms and closets. Bathrooms were spotless and modern. Emily is a great host and there when you need her. She is very accommodating and wants to share all she knows about the area. The pool and backyard area is beautiful, unfortunately we were a little too early this season for it to be warm enough to enjoy. (although my kids still swam!) Location is central to shops and stadiums. We had a great stay!

One of the Best

First things first, Emily is so communicative and inviting she made us feel right at home and that we could ask her anything. The check-in process was so easy and user friendly. Could not have been better!!!

We had such a wonderful time at the Desert Sunset. Everything we needed was provided: linens, cooking materials, games - even coffee for the Keurig! Emily is a wonderful host - attentive and super responsive to any questions. The home is quiet and roomy - well maintained and clean. The house is on a large road, so is very convenient for getting around easily. Very convenient to the airport and everywhere we needed to be. An absolutely lovely stay.

Amazing stay with your family!

Emily and Brett are amazing hosts! The check in process is flawless and they kept in great communication the entire stay. The place was spotless when we arrived and equipped the place with all the necessary items (coffee, towels, TP, pool toys…etc). The pool is clean and refreshing. The beds are clean and comfy. All around a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend this house for family get togethers or just a place to escape!

Great Value and Overall Stay

The Desert Sunset was great. We loved the house overall. Awesome living room area with a large TV made for the best place to end our nights after going out for a few hours. Great renovated bathroom as well. Favorite part was the palms out front and the flowers around the pool!

Amazing Stay!

This property was truly amazing. My friends and I stayed for 5 days and I truly wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house was newly renovated and has a very modern feel. It was clean and had plenty of amenities that made our stay truly feel like a home. Some of my favorite parts about the house was the gorgeous pool, massive tv in the living room, and the updated kitchen. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and cozy. To top it off the host was very respectful, accommodating, and responsive which made our stay that much more convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this awesome property.
