Pool Heating: Pool heat is $75 a day. We heat the pool up to 86 degrees. Please give 24 hour notice prior to arrival if you want the pool heated.

Hot tub usage is included all inclusive during your stay.

Pets: Dogs are welcome with prior approval at a rate of $120 per dog.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors only, at least 20 feet away from all doors, with doors kept closed. Absolutely no smoking is allowed anywhere inside the property!

TVs & Streaming: All TVs are smart TVs. Guests may log into their own streaming accounts during their stay.

Pool Safety:
No diving or glass in/near the pool.

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times in the backyard and pool, regardless of swimming ability.
