We walk in and we were joyfully greeted by Nate. The front desk was busy checking in other but he made sure to let us know we were seen and that they would be with us shortly. The room is perfect for our stay.

What a wonderful check-in experience with Nate! He delivered the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. He welcomed our family, made sure the room was up to expectations & even offered a ‘to go’ bag of breakfast since our son was leaving early in the morning for a sports tourney before breakfast started at 7am. Highly recommend, we will be back!
