This unique 2 bedrooms place has a style all its own. Beautifully remodeled historic 1947 home located in one of the most unique historic districts in Central Phoenix. Short drive to the airport, many local restaurants, bars and other things to do. Kitchen is fully stocked for a long stay and brand new foam king and queen mattresses are ready for your enjoyment. Large backyard is designed to be enjoyed gazing on the stars while sitting next to the firepit.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a washer are available in the vacation home.
