It is within walking distance to Downtown (Old Town) Scottsdale. Close to restaurants, bars, art galleries, the canal path, and entertainment. Scottsdale Stadium is just one mile away. It has been carefully designed with your comfort in mind. It has the privacy of a hotel with the comfort of home, I like to think of it as staying at your sister's place. It has a fully stocked kitchen, community BBQ grill, and heated pool making swimming possible year-round. Great for business trips and vacations alike.

The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. It's in an area called the Scottsdale Garden Apartment District. These condos were built back in the 1950s and were originally opened as hotels, there is so much charm in the neighborhood. I've been told it feels like LA in the neighborhood.

We named the condo The Mary Roland after my Grandfather's sister & his mother who were both named Mary Roland. I believe they would have loved the 1950's glam feeling of the building, the nearby local restaurants and art galleries, the heated pool, tropical grounds, and almost always sunny weather.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Western Spirit: Scottsdale's Museum of the West. Features include an outdoor pool and a hot tub. The condo offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

Great location and a great space

This property is a gem in a great location. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, comfortable environment in a cool retro building, and covered parking just outside the door. The Host was friendly and responsive. Check in was a breeze, and the space was perfect. Will keep this property in mind for my next trip to Scottsdale.

Couldn’t be happier!

I was so lucky to find Christina’s condo. I had to be in Phoenix for hip surgery and it provided the perfect place to recuperate…clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. Before my surgery, we took advantage of the location to walk all around Old Town and enjoy nearby restaurants without having to get in the car. Christina went out of her way to make sure all was well, with a few thoughtful extra touches thrown in to add to my post-surgery comfort. Even tho we never met, she was readily accessible to answer questions, etc. I can’t express enough good things about her and the way she manages her property and recommend her condo be your choice.
