NEVER AGAIN!!

This is my husband second time staying here. Once about 2 and a half years ago and now this one. He loved it. The first time that is. But….. this time, horrible. Not only was it a problem checking in. (Issues with continuing to decline my cards. Two cards to be exact) I was told to come back in the morning to speak with a manager. Pet deposits not mentioned on website. Due to issues with their system I had to pay the room fee with my debit. When I went back in the morning, I spoke with on-duty person and they ran my card again. Front desk stated the charge for the pet went through. Fixed right?? NOOOOOOO! Found out on the second day they charged my credit card twice and was over the amount of said pet policy both time. When I asked at the front desk I was told they had no idea why again and I’d have to come back in 2 hours to speak with a manager. Asked for a print out of my charges and they couldn’t do that small thing. After speaking with the manager she said that both charges ($498 and $458) charges were wrong & it would fix itself when we checked out. Again wrong. We checked out a day early and It charged me another 58.00. That thankfully was removed when I questioned the incorrect charges again. The constant monitoring of my account was stressful. We’ve been home two days and the charges are still not right. I have a credit coming of over that I’ll have to follow up with again. Rude staff. Unknowledgeable. Banging doors. No water pressure. Scary dog area. NEVER AGAIN

Very convenient location. Property is clearly dated, but clean. Pool and hot tub are dated and need refurbishing. I did not try the breakfast. Would stay again if prices remain reasonable.

One of the front desk girl was very rude. She did not many customer service skills. Also I noticed that the lady responsible for the breakfast area was very hardworking and friendly. She made sure everything and everyone was taken care of even when she was by her own, so guest had to wait little while but it was worth it because the lady served you with a smile.

I got there and told me that my reservation was cancel bc I book it at 9pm and that I need it to call them why ? Went you see I booked it at 9pm I was traveling from la got there at 9 am to get my key so I can sleep and shower for 2 hours I was going to pay 156 for 2 hours no problem but you rather cancel my reservation instead I want my miney back I need a refund is being submitted already I’m just waiting to hear from hotels.com you should guys communicate with the properties and let them know went is a late check in not me calling the property.thank you .
