I hated this place I didn’t even stay. I walked into the lobby and there was a black woman screaming at the top of her lungs. I should have checked out then but I thought I’d give it a chance since I already paid. Then I get into my room and immediately disliked the room it felt cheap. The thing that made me leave was it was just too loud and I couldn’t get any sleep so I checked out after an hour. I would like a refund but they said they couldn’t help me so I’m out $179 bucks

Overall, a nice and safe environment. Only downfalls are the customer service, in which you rarely see workers at the front desk. They only clean your sheets if your stay exceeds 14 days which is terrible.

It was a bit much that we had to pay a linen fee if we need a new linens or if we stained a linen. Also having to borrow the hair dryer from the lobby and return it in 1 hour seemed a bit much.

I give this hotel rating a 10/10. The only thing I’d consider putting in the hotel is an ice machine. When my dad asked a front desk associate, she told him there’s an ice machine a block away if he’d like to walk over. My dad is a bit older, and I think a simple “no” would’ve been okay. Anyway, just an ice machine a few handicap spots in the back area. Other than this, the hotel was great! I will stay again.

Rude front desk experience, and the room was not clean floor was dirty and sticky and the bed was like sleeping on springs . Horrible place

No noise insulation

No carpet on floor, which meant you heard every step, shuffle, scraping of chair as it’s moved. And the first night luckily there didn’t seem to be anyone above us, second night was awful, it’s as if they were wearing cowboy boots and rearranging the room around. They were up late and woke up early, no sleep for us. Staff basically said there was nothing they could do! Will not stay again!

I did not like the fact that there was no available rest room until I got to my room. You need to consider people have probably been sitting for a while. Finding restroom soon could be really important.
