The staff was super sweet, no complaints there. We asked for more pillows and at first we’re met with some questions of why and then when I said it was because I was pregnant they were super nice and got us some. They even called to check in to see if we needed anything else. Unfortunately the beds are not comfortable and creaked every time I turned. The guest above us made noise from 12-4am. We called and the noise stopped for a few minutes and then restarted. Amenities and room were subpar but staff was great.

The hotel staff was nice and the area safe. BUT WE BEVER HAD A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. THE NOISE WAS TERRIBLE. We could hear the tvs, doors slamming, people above us were so loud I called and complained. It was not just us other guest also complained.

Room was clean, staff was nice but I was surprised to find that they didn't proveven basic essentials like knives, forks, spoons, cups, plates, even if they were plastic. I was told that i could come to the front desk and buy them.

Had a situation with people located above me the staff took action and help me get to a quiet room since I work overnight. Everything is clean. The rooms are great. The price is great. And I appreciate the staff for moving me to a spot in the hotel so I can rest.
