Hotel.com not accurate on pricing was charged an extra $40 for “fine print fees” the room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Floor had not been mopped in a while, towels that were on the floor were dirty when I picked them up. Dog in room 2 doors down wouldn’t quit barking. Only positive was the bed was comfy

Didn’t like that not one camera is facing the hallway for safety! There was a naked man at 10pm in front of my door masturbating! And after reporting it to the staff nothing was done. No law enforcement was involved.

The manager said he would not charge me a towel fee. However there was a $28 charge for towels. I had two wash cloths, two bath towels and one bath mat for a two week stay. What a rip off. I had already left when I looked at the bill. RIP OFF!!!

Strange place

A weird hotel, has no carpet or coffee maker or Kleenex in the room. Had to initial 3 pages of things you would be charged for if you did at check in. Has locked double doors to get in like a prison even in the day. I think they house homeless people here...

I came to your property, stressed, upset, and displaced by another near hotel that had just refuse service after not having a room for myself and my emotional support dog after I booked and been dropped off at the hotel at booking or check-in time. I walked into your facility and was met with true customer service. Your employee, Kris , was not just pleasant with myself, but everybody who walked by seem to appreciate him, meet him with a smile and I just felt instantaneously 1000 times better. Thank you so much for having people like him in your establishment.

A few things needed

I was surprised to find there was no dishes for the kitchen except to rent, had to pay to have extra towels. More shocked there was no ice machine! What hotel doesn't have ice! I did not get any type of cleaning service or offered any.. at least needed the trash out if anything. The tub was very steep to get up into then getting down and out... No handle to hold onto.Last but not least, entrance doors are not ada accessible with power doors.

1. When I went to the room the beds were unmade and had prints of people sleeping in them (2 queen). 2. I could smell someone smoking pot all night in my room. 3. There’s like a peppery kind of smell

This property appears to be used to house people who are possibly homeless or it is four lower scale customers. I used it for one night as a business customer and would not do so again, but it was clean and well maintained and people were friendly and caring.
