Nice and clean

The hotel room was clean!!! Bed was super squeaky and not as comfortable as I’d like. But overall, a nice place to stay. The service was great and super helpful. Such a plus when traveling!

front desk girl was amazing

The system at the front desk was down so when we got there the front desk girl was desparately trying to get a hold of a manager to get my party checked in. There were 2 other parties waiting behind me. She finally got a hold of a manager and was able to get us in. She was diligent.

I liked that the property was clean but we didn't get room service. We stayed in a suite with a stove and microwave but there where no dishes. Who travels with dishes? No coffeemaker and no service during the night. The check in erea was lucked! We won't return to this Hotel!

The staff wasn’t welcoming. The beds were not uncomfortable. There was no comforter provided. The walls were super thin that I can hear the persons conversation next door. Dogs barking all night and the upstairs neighbor was very loud. Didn’t get much sleep because of all the noise. Very unhappy with this hotel.

The bed had long black hair though out the bed, under the pillows, throughout the towels, all over the floors, and hair balls on the floor. The hotel in general was dirty. Food was left in the corner of the room. My wife and I had to buy our own blankets and clorox wipes to clean the room. Checking in at 11 PM at night and having to deal with a dirty room with tired kids is un acceptable. I notified the front desk of the room conditions and nothing was done. My wife and I could never recommend this hotel. Spending 710 dollars for a room that got our kids sick was not worth it.

It was conveniently located for me to do all the things I needed to while in Arizona. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helpful. My room included a refrigerator, microwave and small counter stove top. It would have been helpful to have a channel guide in the room to help figure out local news, etc.

We stayed for week and loved the staffs friendliness.. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect for what we were doing . Location also convenient to the airport. Asked if kitchen supplies were furnished and was told no. Then read that the supplies ould be purched. That would have been nice to know earlier in the week. Only true disapointment was one flat pillow per person. We went to the store and bought cheap pillows.

Very clean. Friendly staff. No kleenex, no hand towels. Flat pillows. The bed was on legs and the bed moved around and made noise. Extended stay place with NO kitchen items. You can get that stuff at an extra charge from the hotel. For what we paid for the room you would think you could have at least Kleenex and coffee in your room.

We checked in and it smell bad in the hall ways and I walked in the room and it was the waste smell, the floors were sticky, we just sat there for 45 minutes after check in and we decided to check out since it was dirty and smelled awful, the front desk didn’t even bother to if everything is okay , just took our key and said okay. Not even a thank you or concern why we check out so fast. Such a waste of money and worse experiences

Very reasonable price. Clean room. Location excellent. Safe and secure. TV was difficult. The guide didn’t match the channels that we selected. Not a huge issue since we don’t watch much television outside of news and weather. Would return here in a heartbeat!! Thanks for your hospitality!
