Your own private retreat for all things East Mesa. Whether you are visiting for golf, Renaissance Festival, Legacy Sports Park or any of the other East Valley events, you can relax in comfort after a day of exploring.

The downstairs provides a large living area open to the kitchen and eating area. Perfect for your group gatherings. The 3 bedrooms are all upstairs, along with the washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 provides a king bed along with its own Smart TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a queen beds.

The entire property, including the 2 car garage is available for guests private use.

Guests will only see me only if they need something. Check in is by electronic door code.

This was a great place to stay. Everything worked, appliances, coffee maker, etc..The place was clean, no odors, quiet neighborhood. Beds were clean and comfortable. Showers were awesome.The host was easy to communicate with us, making sure we had everything we needed. We did. We would recommend this to anyone including family and friends.

Nice place

Overall, this was a nice place to spend a few days. Very clean. Our only complaint is the mattresses on ALL the beds were so hard! It was also pretty sparsely decorated but that's minor. Todd was easy to communicate with, and check in was easy. One other thing that was concerning, the patio door and man door to the garage were unlocked when we arrived, so we had to check every closet, room, bathroom etc. To make sure nobody got inside before us. Probably should make sure the cleaning company makes sure the duplex is secured

We were in Arizona for my daughters wedding. The Rental unit was very spacious and accommodating and in a good location close to Venue. Thank you for allowing us to share your home and making our trip memorable.

Very nice simple place

Did the job! owner was kind and responsive. Dropped us off more towels when we needed it. Nice to have access to a nice clean garage. Not best area, but felt safe. No door dash because not a technical address on google maps yet!
