Don’t pay online, online payment not accepted

I did not stay here. I paid for my reservation online but once I got to the hotel they did not have my reservation and I was told by the owner that they do not accept online payments. I showed the lady on the counter my booking confirmation number. If you book this hotel do not pay through Hotels.com Unfortunately, Hotels.com refused to refund my payment. I also, requested for the Gold Hotel to be removed from their cite. Absolutely, nothing was done. Completely unsatisfied with the service provide.

Good view, good location, value for money

I stayed here 3 years ago and nothing much has changed. It is in a great location with great views. This is a Vietnamese hotel and I have never seen any tourists from anywhere else stay. The staff speak little or no English but I don’t have a problem with any of that. The front desk girl on during the day does speak some and is friendly. Towels changed daily, aircon. No free water or breakfast but there are plenty of cafes nearby. There is major construction going on next door but they started at a reasonable hour about 8am and finished about 6pm. There is a cage with live entertainment 2 doors down but they close around 10pm. This hotel will continue to be my first choice in Duong Dong and on a budget.

２度目のフーコック島です。前回便利さを実感していたので、迷わずこのホテルにしました。設備は少しくたびれていますが。インテリアもベトナムらしくて私は気に入っています。小さなアリが気になる人には、無理かもしれませんn。

部屋からの夕陽

ナイトマーケットに近く、この料金でシービュー！部屋から毎日夕陽を眺められます。これだけで、英語があまり通じないとかお湯があまり出ないとか３日目になってテレビのリモコンの電池が1個なくなっていたとかクーラーがずっとカタカタうるさいとかの些細なことはカバーされます。wifi はキチンと通じます。ハプニングを楽しめる方におすすめです。
