It was our first staying here and we love it! The welcome was great and we feel the warmth. I was with my mother and she had some teeth discomfort but the staff was so kind and attentive - she really enjoyed it! We stayed for 3 nights here and would definitely come back again next year! My stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The resort is stunning, with unique architecture, beautiful beachfront surroundings, and an atmosphere of pure luxury. The room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. The food, facilities, and overall experience were exceptional. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Be aware, the prices at the resort are a bit more expensive than what you'd expect in the rest of Vietnam.

Very beautiful resort, well maintenance, we stayed for five days and didn’t leave the resort at all. We only go to nearby shops such as Wellness Spa and July Spa for massage which is within the hotel area. The hotel is exceptional and we love the Pink Pearl Restaurant where I had celebrated my husband‘a bday there. We created so much happy memories here in this beautiful place. Staff are very helpful and attentive.
