Venice hotel is stunning. We were shown to our balcony room by reception just in time for 7.45 fireworks. Exquisite room. Enjoyed the jacuzzi/ pool for the price of a drink and watch 9.30 fireworks from the bar or jacuzzi. Loved our free hotel tour of the area. Fantastic views from our balcony of kiss bridge from sea facing room. Fantastic value, spent three nights here. Amazing sunsets in sunset town!

Hotel was great, very nice and clean, excellent location right where all activities are. The complimentary tour was great, all staff provided excellent service, very polite and patient. Our flight was early so the night before I mentioned it to one of the staff and told him we would miss opening time for breakfast not knowing he’d offer providing 2 to-go breakfast for us upon check out, which was very thoughtful. The only thing that could be worked out to better serve guests was the airport shuttle, since it works on fixed schedule it did not work for us both, on arrival & departure, so we had to make our own arrangements luckily grab car is very reasonable in Vietnam. Overall it was great 2 night stay for us, we’ll definitely come back next year.
