The staff were nice. The room was okay until you went to the bathroom and it smelt mouldy. We booked a ground floor but got one upstairs. The buffet breakfast wasn’t much at all and the location is not very good and the hill you have to climb to get to the hotel is really bad

I was not impressed with being put in an upstairs room when I had booked a pool access room. The reason I was given was I was a long term stay and it was convenient for them that I was in the last room away from reception. I have a disability and have trouble with climbing up and down stairs, it made my access difficult.

The property was mislead by showing the photos on the website looks nice but the room was outdated, bathroom was leaked and dirty, the room smell mole, we felt sicked after just one night there. We booked for 5 nights but we had to checked after one night because of sanitary and sickness after just one night there.

Brief getaway

Definitely a bit worn down and needs a bit of love. Can see that they are starting to refurbish the back buildings, which is good to see. Was very expensive for what we got, but needed something as our other hotel cancelled on us last minute so that could’ve reflected the high price? Pictures deffs make it look better than it was though which was upsetting.
