The rooms were ok but not high-end. There was no indoor bar! You had to use the bar at the pool which was not air conditioned. So at night, there was no good place to get a drink and hang out with friends. The most surprising negative was that it appears to be on the beach on the website but it is not. It is across the street from the ocean and there is no good beach there. You have to walk several blocks down the busy road to get to Patong beach.

The room was in the front near the road where you can hear everything. And the taxis at night are vlasting music. Also got a call at 10pm regarding their restaurant closing, but the call woke me up from a dead sleep. There are coupons for everything and the 'all inclusive' doesnt include a lot of items. It just made the whole stay feel cheap and not like a 5 star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The property offers plenty of amenities — from spacious pools and a relaxing spa. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and everything was clean and well maintained. It’s the perfect place to unwind, whether you’re lounging by the pool or exploring the local area. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back for another stay!

Very poor hotel for the standards you expect - terrible WIFI, plug sockets not working, staff not very attentive in particular bell boys. Upon arrival we weren’t given a key card and were told someone would bring our luggage to us… 45 minutes later reception phoned to tell us we’d left our luggage in reception. Overall disappointing hotel. Breakfast is very overcrowded - no where near enough tables for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Would not recommend or stay here again.

View from ocean rooms were amazing. Resort is on a cliff so be prepared for all the steps to room, restaurants, pools and bars. Everyone was friendly. Check-in took quite awhile and was confusing. Yoga class wasn’t great - person had no idea and was making it up as he went. Recommend paying for the class versus the one offered complimentary.

The place was great. My daughters loved the ride to and from our room everyday. The staff was very kind, helpful and professional. The views were amazing. However, the bathroom /shower were really disappointing. It was very small. My children slipped. Buffet was great! Also, the security guard is also very kind! Thank you to him and also the lady at reception she also speaks Vietnamese a little bit which helped us too Thanks for everything

We stayed at Diamond Cliff Resort in early October for a wonderful family holiday. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Patong yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The resort boasts excellent facilities, including multiple pools and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a generous buffet offering fresh, varied options each morning. We had such a great experience that we’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent resort. The seaview rooms are fantastic... gorgeous view. Patong beach , shopping, restaurants, massages, night life are all accessible by walk ( 15 Mins or so) ... or a very short Tuk Tuk ride.
