Nice having private pools not open to everyone in the Busakorn wing. Nice spacious room, good layout. Breakfast was good (except the coffee, that was gross). Room service food generally wasn’t good. Pizza was terrible. Overall, quiet and relaxing stay.

It was close to the beach and my children enjoyed the kids club , they also enjoyed the pools . Breakfast was excellent We had 3 meals at the charm restaurant 2 dinners the had where very good but then we went there for lunch which was not very good asked for water for my son with his kids meal( which are free for under 12 ) which he didnt get and we ordered rice which we didnt get . We stayed for 2 weeks and the kids want to back next year .We would recommend holiday inn phuket as a good place to stay .

The hotel is obviously a big resort so if you’re looking for a big resort, this is the place for you. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to check in early. The bed was comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean the convenience of a fridge. I was told I could only use one pool, which is exclusive to the people closest to that pool, which seems to be pretty unfair. There was nobody in that pool. I had breakfast on the premises and it was decent a little bit overpriced, compared to the street vendor food. Personally, I would not stay here again I thought it might have been over priced for Thailand. It seems like they catered to Americans.

My family had a great time staying at the holiday inn. This hotel is so family friendly. Close to everything. The food options was amazing. The breakfast is must have. I would definitely stay again.if you need nanny service ask for Chicha she took care of my four year old daughter like she was her own.

We have been to Holiday Inn many times and we keep returning for a reason. You have the most wonderful staff, they really make a big difference and go out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay. The property is starting to show its age and needs a refresh soon, but it is still well maintained and tidy. Would always recommend to others.

I was thoroughly impressed with our stay here. Two minutes from the beach, all kinds of shopping just off the property and transportation was readily available. The restaurants one the property are very nice with a wide variety of foods. The breakfast was large with many different choices. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Facility and rooms are large and well maintained.

Paid for a room with double beds but apparently what they class as a double is barely bigger than a single. Tried to upgrade rooms yet faced the same issue. Travelling with a young child I had staff bring up my luggage however this took over an hour for some reason and hampered the rest of our day

Room soundproofing could be better to mitigate the amount of noise housekeeping must make when cleaning surrounding rooms. Would like to have more t.v. channel selections. And didn’t like turning the t.v. on and always being initially bombarded with the loud Holiday Inn channel. Everything else was excellent.
