Pros: Location, staff and cleanliness Cons: beds may as well have been concrete slabs and the food and drinks from the hotel were overpriced and underwhelming (other than the breakfast if it’s included) Overall though the place is great if you want to be in the thick of it. Rooftop pool was good with a decent view of the beach. If I stayed again I wouldn’t bother getting the room with a jacuzzi, we didn’t end up using it and it’s not worth the extra.

Solo trip

Staff at check in were very helpful and efficient. My room was large and spacious. No balcony but a large window. Plenty of space for storage. Room was clean. Nice amenities. Pool area is great. Nice large pool and sun beds. Sometimes got busy but I managed to get a bed most days. The bar is very expensive compared to everywhere else. Which I guess to be expected. But would definitely buy more if it was more reasonable. Restaurant does good deals daily for couples. But nothing for solo travellers. Hotel is walking distance to the beach and Bangla Road.

Great experience here. The staff was wonderful. Great rooftop bar and pool. Didn't use the spa but it looked nice. The entrance is off the main street that keeps the noise and crazy down. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in the right location. This is where you need to be, especially if it is your first time visiting Patong Beach. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the famous Bangla Road, around five minutes. The staff is exceptional. The room is clean. I will definitely stay here again. You will not be disappointed.
