Thank you for the review, very sorry you didnt enjoy the stay as much as we wanted you to. However some issues could have been resolved on your request, for example the mattress is a taste factor, so if you would ask for a softer one we would provide it to you. About the noise, as Patong is the heart of entertainment in Phuket, it can be noisy, this could be resolved by changing the room to the one facing the yard.
Modern Living Hotel offers its guests 2 indoor swimming pools, an outdoor pool, a steam room, and a 24-hour fitness centre. There's a restaurant on site, as well as a snack bar/deli.
