The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff always went above and beyond! The resort overall looks kind of aged and could use updates. The breakfast staff was always accommodating and amazing! Checking in and out was an easy process. Location is great, and close to almost anything you would want to do in Patong. The crossing guards were awesome, and we appreciate all of their help crossing the road. Patong will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you everyone!

We had pool access room was great room clean and room got cleaned every day bed was a bit hard but slept ok huge bathroom! Staff were great really friendly and easy to deal with!also breakfast was great and had a wide range of selection for everyone would definitely recommend and definitely stay there again. We stayed with our family of three, including our 5-year-old daughter. We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. There was a lot of traffic on the road, but the staff stopped the car when our child was passing by! The pool was just the right size. One thing that was disappointing was that we told them to come for cleaning because it was my daughter's nap time, but they didn't come until late in the evening. Other than that, the staff were very helpful!

Good value, we enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, near the beach, shops and some nice restaurants but not as crazy as further south in Patong. The main road next to us was a little difficult to cross with our 2 year old, you basically just have to walk out in front of cars and they have to slow down to let you cross. The hotel was pretty good value with a nice pool and buffet breakfast included. The pool was very quiet despite what seemed like a lot of guests staying. The staff were friendly and helpful.
