The staff is fantastic, also the pool was great. It’s Patong so if you are looking for quiet that’s not the place as it’s a busy city. That said there are hundreds of great restaurants and tons of great beaches within an hour ands tons of nightlife.

hotel is located in a great location. food & shops are just steps away. it's near enough to walk to patong beach, jungceylon shopping centre area, bangla road, etc. but it's also far enough away from the loud crowds. breakfast buffet was excellent & had huge variety. items were even being replenished near the end of the buffet time. the rooftop pool is huge, has plenty of chairs & beautiful views of the ocean. the room is also spacious. i think the only downside is the property is aging & it's starting to show in the room.

The hotel itself is luxurious and has incredible staff. The area is not eye candy, but is in walking distance to the clubs, beach, and a mall. I would recommend staying in this area as when you need to order a taxi you won’t get stuck in foot traffic. The hotel also offers transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast buffet had an array of foods and the rooftop bar/pool was a perfect way to start vacation. Something to keep in mind is check in at 1500

This is a very average hotel. Decent pool and room size ok but breakfast not great and the staff were not customer service trained. Simple requests were basically ignored eg I asked for a takeaway coffee cup to 5 staff to see if one would use their initiative and walk 10 meters the the coffee shop on site.. no, I had to do it myself. This was one of many very average and dissatisfying customer service experiences. Another one was that I was in the pool relaxing when I was interrupted with a bill for my coffee which was in itself not correct as I was told I needed to order two for cash whilst he meant card but then I still had to pay. You need to work on your customer service. Area not great. I wouldn’t stay again

Our stay at the Marina was pleasant, the room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is its located along a busy road and was difficult to sleep with all the noise

The property was very clean , staff where very helpful ,good location , the pool area was very clean and good atmosphere, the only problem we had was our room was over looking the main road and the traffic never stopped so it was quite noisy during the night ,our suggestion is if staying at this hotel request a room at back But overall a very good stay
