We had a fantastic stay at the resort nicely laid out with excellent staff and service. Breakfast could have been better with more choice of food. Restaurants were excellent with great food, bar at the side of reception had great choice of drinks. Regarding the room the bathroom was tired with missing grout between the tiles and mastic sealant could be renewed. Lighting could have been better. Main room itself was comfortable, a lot of loose floor tiles could do with resetting and regrouting some marks on the walls. Great service for booking tours and taxis/ transport. Great service with the golf carts taking you back and forth to rooms and reception. Some of the accommodation blocks looked tired with lots of cracks on the structures either superficial or structural and they could do with repairs being undertaken. The balcony woodwork could do with either renewal or further maintenance I understand the weather may play a part in this but worth mentioning. We had a fantastic time at the resort and would highly recommend. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay at The Westin. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were well maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, a very well-run property that delivers a high-quality experience. I’d happily stay here again.

The staff were really good however since we booked 2 rooms we had to be moved twice due to room issues and maintenance of the hotel. Regardless the team was very effective in moving us rooms however the inconveniences of having to move more than once was uncomfortable. Nevertheless the staff were great and the ones who made our stay comfortable.
