The space

To ensure a perfectly tailored stay and to reduce unnecessary footprint, our estate utilizes a custom, guest-count pricing model. You only pay for the space you need, making it an idyllic retreat for intimate getaways or large group celebrations up to 10 guests.



🛌 How Our Space Works (Tailored Room Allocation):

To keep our cleaning fees accurate and the home immaculate, bedrooms and bathrooms are unlocked strictly based on the guest count on your reservation.



Your group will always enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, communal areas, and outdoor spaces. No other groups will ever be booked at the same time.



3–4 Guests: Access to 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms (Includes Master King with ensuite + 1 Main Bathroom). Remaining rooms locked.



5–6 Guests: Access to 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. Remaining rooms locked.



7–8 Guests: Access to 4 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms (All bathrooms unlocked). Remaining room locked.



9–10 Guests: Access to the entire homestead (All 5 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms).



Note for groups requiring individual rooms: Our base rate is calculated on double occupancy (2 guests per bed). If your group requires separate, single-occupancy bedrooms (e.g., 4 solo travellers wanting 4 separate rooms), please increase your reservation count to automatically unlock the required bedrooms.

Positioned close to Mudgee's world-class wineries, the recently renovated home features grand open-plan living spaces, a fully equipped and well thought out kitchen, and new amenities designed for effortless entertaining.



Swim in the pool with sweeping valley views in summer. Gather around the fire pit as winter sunsets paint the hills. Long lunches, lazy afternoons, and honest farm stillness.

Close to everything. Far from all of it.



Guest access

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



Other things to note

Bedroom 2 includes a single Koala sofa bed. This can be set up for an 11th guest at an additional cost of $50 per night, which includes linen and towels.



There is a high chair in the study if required for younger kids.



Please note, firewood is only supplied to guests from April to September. If you are staying outside of these months, please be sure to pick some up on your way!



Intimate gatherings among guests are allowed, but no extra guests are to be brought onto the property without prior approval.
