One can also use the nearby large communal kitchen. In the second room is the bedroom with double bed (150cm). From here you go in a small bathroom with shower. Front of the apartment is the ground level, furnished outdoor area with panoramic views to the Apennine Mountains. The rooms were once stables, in the first room of the original stone floor has been preserved, so the atmosphere is very quaint, ideal for individualists who are looking for something unusual.

On request we organize common pizza or pasta evenings. Fruits and vegetables, there are depending on the season fresh from our organic garden and - if the chickens and quails place enough - fresh eggs.

Throughout the summer, interesting village festivals in the area, with food, markets, music and theater events. In October, in the surrounding villages every weekend is a "sagra" of autumnal products such as honey, chestnuts and truffles
