The two double bedrooms are bright and refined: the master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom, a 50-inch smart TV, and a window overlooking the square, while the second bedroom boasts a private balcony with views of the sea and the town below. The main bathroom, decorated in soft pink tones, includes a large rain shower for a truly relaxing experience.

The living room is the heart of the home, offering a large, comfortable sofa where you can unwind in front of a 50-inch smart TV. A single sofa bed provides additional sleeping space if needed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, and all essential utensils — perfect for preparing and enjoying homemade meals. A laundry area with washing machine and dryer ensures convenience for longer stays.

Located on the first floor of a peaceful building without an elevator, the apartment is entirely at guests’ disposal. A secure parking area is available nearby, in partnership with the train station, at a daily rate of €20, subject to reservation.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with an additional charge of €30 for arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, and €50 for arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM. Check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
A valid ID is required upon arrival for mandatory registration with the Italian Police system. The tourist tax is €4 per person per night (up to seven nights, from April to November), with exemptions for guests under 18.
