Yes, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very tasty with a variety of items. It's a great stay. They also have a shuttle to go to the airport which is very convenient.

Staff were generally friendly. Stacy in the Kitchen was outstanding. Bathroom arm 214 - Extractor Fan does not work. Take a shower and the mist clouds the mirror. GYM-few pieces but enough for me. Conveniently located near the Airport and Trincity Mall 5 minutes with the complementary Shuttle. Will stay again. 👏👏👏

We stayed four nights. Great staff, nice clean room, great pool. And excellent breakfast, with some nice Caribbean touches, like fry bake, coconut bake, salt fish, as well as regular fare like fresh scrambled eggs etc. No restaurant, but free shuttle to Trincity Mall (5 min.) for a superb food court, or order in. Exceeded expectations

After being stuck and stranded in the airport due to flight cancellations , this hotel service was prompt, safe, and so accommodating for me and my children. I was amazed at the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the small gestures that really create a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. I have lived in the area of this hotel and can assure anyone visiting Trinidad for the first time or haven't experienced their service yet this is a must do !

I came in on a late night flight and was left stranded with my mom at the airport. The hotel phone was busy evertime I called. I eventually had to pay a taxi $30 USD plus a tip. When I arrived at the hotel the security guard stood in the lobby and watched as I struggled with my mom and 4 bags. No assistance was offered by any staff member.
