The fire alarm went off twice the first night.once at 9:30 pm and the other at 11:30pm. The alarms are in the rooms and have flashing lights. Every 30 seconds they played an automated message that they are looking into it. Very annoying as they didnt know what was happening and after a long day of traveling youre very tired.
Look at the reviews if youre gonna be eating at casual. Its true the staff act like they dont want to serve you. The hostess was very nice and sat us and said she would let our sever know. She sat another table 5 minutes later. A server comes out and starts taking the other tables order and i stopped her and said weve been sitting her for 15 minutes no service and we were sat before them. She acted annoyed but still took our order.
Their buzzer system for food at the burger place works well durung breakfast time but not so much when its busy at night. The cashier tried to tell me we were too far away. I said how were we when it worked at the exact same table we were sitting at this morning. We think they forgot to buzz us at it was in our hands
We tried the gym it was very nice. We were bunmed out about the pool though as thats one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. We couldnt cancel or else they would charge us for 1 night even though we booked a month in advance
The casino way of dispensing your money you won is strange. They wont give you any cents back. Just dollar amount. Coming from Ottawa/gatineau at ours we get everything you won
