Sleeping up to 4 people, this stylishly decorated property offers open plan living downstairs with a spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area together with two bedrooms and master bathroom upstairs.

Living The focal point of Rosedale Cottage is a spacious open plan living and dining area with wood burning stove, a large kitchen island and picture window overlooking the large, enclosed patio garden with hot tub, outdoor seating and BBQ. On entering this well-presented cottage, there is a light and airy porch with seating for two plus plenty of space for coats, boots and other essentials. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king-size bed and a second bedroom with twin zip and link beds which can be joined, on request, to form a super-king-size bed. Throughout High Oaks Grange you will find luxury Hypnos mattresses in every bedroom, the ultimate mattresses for rest and relaxation. The family bathroom has a large bath and overhead shower. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers are all provided. Rosedale cottage has all modern conveniences provided including a welcome hamper on arrival, all kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware, wine cooler, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Entertainment - We have entertainment for the whole family with our smart entertainment system in Rosedale Cottage. Throughout the cottage you can stay connected to our high speed WiFi, simply pop in the password and you can connect all your devices to share your holiday snaps with family and friends, watch a movie and plan your next day’s adventure.

Downstairs you will find a 40' LCD Smart TV with Play Station 4 and Google Chromecast, bringing thousands of movies, live sport* and catch up TV to your fingertips. In both bedrooms in Rosedale Cottage we have wall-mounted TVs for those lazy mornings you can enjoy on holiday.

Outside - To the rear of Rosedale Cottage there is a large enclosed patio garden with outdoor seating, the BBQ is perfect for al fresco dining as well as a hot tub to relax in. Parking is available for one car at the cottage, further parking is available onsite.

Pet Friendly - We know how much fun it is to bring your dog on holiday with you and with miles of stunning Yorkshire countryside on our door step, Rosedale Cottage is the perfect dog friendly holiday cottage for you and your furry friend. Dogs are charged £8.00 per night per dog which includes a dog towel, dog bowls and some doggy goodies.
