It was pretty good. Mit is the absolute MAN, went on the phone for choice rewards for me n jumped through all the hoops. As for the room: it was clean, everything worked, bed was decently comfy for my liking.

The bathroom was filthy, so I couldn’t shower. The door jamb was also broken so the room wasn’t safe, but they said it was the last room on the first floor and there was no elevator. I refused to lug my heavy suitcase and 2 cats up the stairs. When I complained and showed the front desk person pics of my room and demanded a refund, they said since I paid through a third party, they couldn’t do that. The manager was supposed to contact me, but has not done so.

Any port in a storm. The front desk was polite. The condition of the hotel was a bit run down but not dirty. The switch for the vanity light was broken and the bathroom exhaust fan,although working, rattle so badly from wear that we could not use it. It seems to be a problem in more than one room because we heard the same sound from a room down the hall. Yes, it was that loud! Overall, our stay was quiet but it should not have been almost 100.00.

The pool is so cold. It’s like pins and needles hitting your body. The showers don’t work very good. We had a room that had a hide a bed. they gave us the sheets to make it but no blanket. When we wanted a rollaway.

Qaulity Inn? Hardly. Cheap and thats what we got.

Rooms were very affordable. My family had two rooms for two nights over the Fourth of July. Pool was was operational but small and shallow. It served its purpose. The Rooms. The first room: hair dryer didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work. Direct TV signal to week to use Direct TV. However, other digital channels like Tubi did work. The second room. Bathroom fan cover missing. Bathroom door cracked in half, AC unit fan unit not draining properly and is sloshing water around. Room door not properly hung so it did not freely close. We had to force it shut. Hot Continental Breakfast. Powdered eggs. Coffee machine was not properly mixing water and coffee so all coffee was watered down. There wasn't any fresh fruit. On the second morning found a bug in the bowl of sugar packets!

Nice hotel for a reasonable price

The stay was good and for readonable price. The room was clean and new. The fornt desk was nice and friendly. The breakfast is little, but of good quality.

For the basics it’s fine. But there is no way to even buy so much as a bottle of water (and the tap water isn’t good). Also there is no elevator so carrying luggage is difficult. Staff was pleasant but I will find another place to stay when I am in Pierre.

Hotel is dated, flooring is updated, but kind of run down. They didn’t offer a wake-up service. Breakfast area was dirty and food was poor. Overpriced for the condition!

Good enough for a short stay

The staff was amazing!! The bathroom had a new toilet, but the bathtub needs replaced. The towels were good, but the hand towels and wash clothes were very worn. It appears they are renovating. Maybe it will get better. The breakfast area is small, but the biscuits were delicious! The bed was awesome. Conveniently located near gas stations, restaurants and a grocery store.
