Overlooking a small, cul-de-sac square in the heart of a village of 500 inhabitants, this cottage offers the benefits of the countryside and direct access to local shops and activities. Two private courtyards allow you to enjoy the outdoors: one overlooking the small square with its charming arbor, and the second enclosed courtyard located on the garden level at the rear. You can also enjoy the large balcony overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the shared courtyard (maximum 2 vehicles) as well as on the church square located directly opposite.
Situated on three levels, the Plagnole house offers an ambiance that combines a few antique furnishings with modern amenities. From the front courtyard, you access a beautiful main entrance on the ground floor, which leads to a bedroom, a living room, a large equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a shower room.
