Inadmissible ! Réservation (y compris la taxe de séjour) totalement réglée sur le site de réservation et à notre arrivée à l'hôtel, le réceptionniste nous réclame à nouveau la taxe de séjour alors que tout avait déjà été réglé.
Il serait bien de vous accorder entre votre hôtel et la plateforme de réservation sur le montant correct de la réservation pour ne pas s'apercevoir de cette surprise désagréable pour votre clientèle une fois sur place. Cela manque particulièrement de professionnalisme.
Par ailleurs, concernant la chambre, aucune recharge de papier hygiénique mise à disposition.
De plus, aucune climatisation dans la chambre. Juste un petit ventilateur électrique à disposition posé sur la table. Il serait temps que l'hôtel intègre ce type d'équipement surtout en période de canicule. Tout simplement décevant en termes de prestations !
