The holiday home/chalet is spread over several floors and offers a large living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cozy TV corner with a sofa bed, a balcony, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 with their own terrace) and 3 modern bathrooms. The holiday home/chalet also has its own relaxation area with a sauna, shower and deck chairs and a ski storage room with ski boot warmers. You can park directly at the holiday home.

The Schmittenhöhe ski area with 77 kilometers of slopes and 28 facilities and lifts is located directly in Zell am See, ideal for skiers and snowboarders. In total, the Zell am See - Kaprun region offers 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes with the 2 other ski areas Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.

In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf, the Niedernsill natural bathing lake with its spacious lawns and 16,000 m2 of water, the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or the lido on Lake Zell in Zell am See offer plenty of bathing fun. A tip for the whole year is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun with 12 different pools and an extensive sauna/wellness area.

Nice place but could use better cleaning and amenities

The place is nice and convenient for getting to a number of ski resorts. The Sauna is amazing but difficult to figure out how to use. The beds had a few hairs on them which wasn't that nice to see but overall it was quite clean. I would ask the owner or property manager to consider providing some basic consumables, at least coffee filters. The place comes with nothing (no shampoo, no hand soap, no dish soap, etc ). I guess that's ok but so much nicer if they just include these items as they aren't expensive but just nice to have there. Especially coffee filters as you can't know what size to buy before you go there...and the property manager would not provide these.

Skiurlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Das Haus ist ideal für Familien bzw. Freunde mit Kids. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Komfort sind top. Der Wohnbereich gibt es ebenfalls ausreichend Platz für alle Bewohner. Die Sauna im Keller bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Bewohner. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Zum Skigebiet Maiskogel/Kitzsteinhorn sind es 5 Fahrminuten und somit recht einfach zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Haus mit Sauna

Gut gelegenes Haus, sehr gepflegt. Ausstattung ausreichend vorhanden. Sauna war top! Nur von den Liegen 2/3 kaputt, ansonsten ist das Haus in makellosem Zustand und sehr schön! Kommunikation mit Hausmeisteragentur eher unprofessionell. Service alles in allem aber gut!!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren voll zufrieden, es war sauber und auch toll, dass wir unten zwei separate Bäder hatten, da wir 2 Familien Waren. Was für uns etwas blöd war, war das direkt aus dem Zimmer der Kinder die Treppe in den Keller ging, es war nicht abgesichert und dadurch konnten wir die Kinder nicht unten spielen lassen. Das war sehr schade !

Schönes Ferienhaus in falscher Lage

Toll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, sehr gute Ausstattung. Allerdings besteht die Anlage aus 3 Häusern. Haus 1 ist auf dem ersten Bild im Angebot zu sehen. Schöne Terrasse , sonnig. Unser Haus , bewohnbar für 10 Personen , war das dritte in der Reihe. Der Bergblick beschränkte sich auf den Blick auf Nachbars Haus bzw. deren Duschen und Schlafzimmer. Zudem ist es unmöglich bei 4 Stühlen auf den Balkon oder die Terrasse mit 10 Personen zu sitzen. Schade nur das das Luxuschalet mit ''sonnig gelegen '' beschrieben wird.
