On the sunny side of the valley, enjoy the beautiful views. It is a sunny location with stunning views. The apartment is extremely fully equipped and modern, yet also very atmospheric. Its three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for two families, each enjoying their privacy. At the large dining table, you will share the friendliness that makes the perfect holiday
The nearest supermarket is within walking distance. The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you are in the famous ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun, or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer, too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming, or cycling. Even rafting or whitewater canoeing are among the possibilities. In short, it is the ideal exclusive location, all in the atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!"

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to others. We’d happily book again. It’s in a great location close to Kaprun, quiet and well maintained and clean. We were greeted and shown around at check in which we really appreciated. Kitchen facilities are good but what stopped an excellent rating was the lack of washing up liquid, tea towels or oven gloves. The latter was particularly annoying as it was difficult to get things out of the oven. It could also do with a sieve for rice and pasta. Aside from that it was well equipped with washing machine and dish washer.
