Residence Sant'Anna enjoys a stunning panoramic location on a hill in Pietra Ligure, offering impressive views of the sea and the entire coastline. The beach and town center are only about 600 meters away. It combines the freedom of an apartment with the comfort of a hotel – ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Italian Riviera. The two-room Classic Apartment offers approximately 30 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed and integrated kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub and toilet. The residence's outdoor pool is open from approximately May 15th until the end of the season. From May 17th to June 20th and from August 23rd to September 30th, sun loungers are free of charge; otherwise, they can be rented directly on-site for €5 per day or €20 per week. The pool area also includes a separate children's pool with a whirlpool function. Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory. Additionally, a free shuttle service is offered, running twice a day at set times between the town center and the waterfront promenade. Residence Sant'Anna combines stunning views, comprehensive services, and modern amenities, making it an ideal base for an eventful holiday on the Ligurian coast. [Note: The swimming pool opens from 15/05/2025 until the end of the season (depending on weather conditions). Swimming caps are compulsory.]
