maison très agréable et propre .le propriétaire de la maison est facilement joignable . L'emplacement est idéal la plage est à 5 minutes à pied une eau transparente avec un sale fin ,juste magnifique. Le restaurant a 5 mn est excellent tres conviviale....Petit bémol manque de produit d'entretien dans la maison ,douche trop petite difficile de boucher ,et pas de support pour poser son gel douche...Mais voilà vraiment pas grand chose....Merci au propriétaire je recommande vraiment

Nous revenons chaque année car la maison est idealement placée. Attention aux nids de guepes mais Hugo est informé et a été reactif face au probleme! merci encore et à l'été prochain, La famille Vincentelli

Iniziamo con le cose buone: i climatizzatori sono ben funzionanti, la doccia non perde acqua e i water è nuovo, buona la posizione perché è molto vicino alla spiaggia di pietracorbara. Finestre nuove.Ora arriviamo alle note dolenti: la pulizia davvero pessima. Il cortile antistante presentava ciuffi d’erba alta e c’erano residui di erba secca tagliata sparsi ovunque.Tra le finestre e le imposte grandi quantità di insetti morti, sabbia, erba secca.Il divano letto è piccolo e scomodo, dopo qualche giorno ho tolto il copri divano x pulirlo e c’era una grande quantità di sabbia sotto (a detta del proprietario lasciata dai precedenti inquilini, ma pulire no?!)Le pentole della cucina sono in pessime condizioni, non siamo mai riusciti a cucinare qualcosa di diverso dalla pasta. Il giardino era pieno di frutta marcia e quindi c’era grande quantità di vespe, non mi sono sentita di lasciare giocare i bambini in giardino. Dalle foto si capiva che non fosse una casa arredata moderna ma cavolo almeno fosse stata pulita! Viaggio da tanto e sono stata in moltissimi appartamenti ma purtroppo questo è stato quello in condizioni davvero precarie. Tra l’altro non ho nemmeno mai visto il proprietario, non c’era mezza informazione su cosa fare nei dintorni. Spesso trovo almeno qualche informazione: ristoranti, spiagge da vedere, gite da fare. Anche se non incontro il proprietario direttamente c’è magari un porta listini con queste informazioni. Niente, va beh.

Super Preis- Leistung!

Wir hatten in der Unterkunft einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr schönen Gartenanteil, mit Grill, der komplett eingezäunt ist. Der Strand um die Ecke ist wunderschön. Hugo ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm super. Das Mobiliar ist etwas älter aber sehr sauber und man hat alles was man braucht.

Einfach und gut

Liegt außerhalb, aber super zum entspannen. Die Erdgeschosswohnung sollte renoviert werden, aber es war alles da was man benötigt.Der Strand super nahe, zum Einkaufen muss gefahren werden. , dies sollte man einplanen.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub! Gute Lage, wunderschöne Umgebung/ Natur, hübsches Ferienhaus mit einem schönen kleinen Garten. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Nur die Dusche ist sehr klein, für diejenigen, die etwas kräftiger oder größer sind, könnte es eng werden.

Très bon séjour, la proximité immédiate de la plage et d'un très bon restaurant y sont pour beaucoup .La maison est conforme au descriptif. Par contre il n'y a pas beaucoup de commerces ,nous allions à Bastia 20mn environ en voiture quand on est en vacances on ne regarde pas à la promenade !!!

Très bons vacances

La maison est très bien, l'isolation excellente pour les jours chauds (+35),la climatisation très bien. Par contre l'acces a la partie jardin pas pratique du tout, difficile de manger dehors. Peut-être un éclairage peut être ajouté sur le chemin d'accès du jardin.

Lage von der Wohnung: 50m vom Sandstrand entfernt konnten im Badesachen direkt nur über die Strasse zum Strand laufen. nächstes Geschäft und auch eine Bäckerei befindet sich in 15 min im nächsten Ort.Grösserer Supermakt in Bastia. Einrichtung der Wohnung: sehr einfach eingerichtet dem Land entsprechend, Küche war alles vorhanden und sonst hätten wir uns beim Vermieter melden können.Für uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Klimaanlage/Spül- und Waschmaschine war tip top Wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Très bon séjour

Séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons. La maison est idéalement située pour aller à la plage à pieds, et pour visiter le cap corse. Rien de luxueux, mais l'appartement est très propre, dispose de tout le nécessaire, et la literie est confortable. Un petit bémol, la taille de la douche qui est vraiment exiguë pour des moyens et grands gabarits :)

Très sympa

Bon rapport qualité/prix, accès à pieds a une jolie plage et quelques restaurants/bars, nous avons apprécié le jardin du fond et son barbecue et l’ensemble était à notre goût! Peut être un peu bruyant avec la route qui passe aux abords et les chaises du premier étage qui nécessiteraient des feutrines sous les pieds pour le bruit 😉. A refaire en tout cas, et merci au propriétaire très sympathique

Vacances rustiques a quelques pas d une plage de sable

Bon accueil quelques petites attentions bien appréciées .attention au canapé du salon qui a fait son temps et les chaises qui sont deboitees cela peut être dangereux.la maison est rustique mais on s y sent bien.Nous avons bien apprécié le petit jardin privatif la vue sur la montagne et la proximité de la plage

Très bon accueil. Confort sommaire mais suffisant. Pas de gêne par rapport à la route car bien isolé mais plus des voisins du dessus si ces derniers courent. Gros + : proximité de la plage à pied. A améliorer : le ménage.

LOIN DU MONDE

3 paillotes et un hôtel restaurant puis plus rien, le premier et seul commerce est a 10 kms, la propriété ancienne mais agréable pour le farniente, un coin barbecue ombragé magnifique et une très belle plage a 30m de la maison suffisent a passer de bonnes vacances.
