Leider ist das w lan immer wieder zusammengebrochen. Es ist alles bisschen alt und hat Schrammen, für den Preis ist es aber in Ordnung und der Garten ist sehr schön. Leider gibt es in der ganzen Region sehr viele Mücken

La villa è molto bella anche se, purtroppo, gli anni si fanno sentire. La terrazza sul giardino ed il prato sono molto belli e sono il complemento che fanno passare in secondo piano le pecche dell’abitazione. I bagni con gli scarichi otturati le dotazioni insufficienti sono alcuni difetti che addebito alla distrazione dell’agenzia che, probabilmente, in questo periodo molto concitato non ha notato queste mancanze. Il mio giudizio rimane molto positivo

Nettes Haus in lebhafter Umgebung

Erfreulicherweise waren nicht nur Korbstühle vorhanden sondern auch Balkonmöbel und Liegestühle aus Kunstoff. Zum Frühstück hat uns der Gesang der Kinder aus dem benachbarten Kindergarten erfreut. Am Nachmittag und Abend waren vom direkt angrenzenden Sportplatz täglich die lauten Geräusche beim Fußballtraining und -spiel zu hören. Ansonsten gab es kaum Probleme. Der Router hatte zunächst keine Verbindung ins Netz. dies wurde nach Meldung am nächsten Tag erledigt. Wein Gläser haben wir besorgt.

Struttura molto bella: stanze grandi e luminose, giardino comodo. Però le case vanno manutenute e villa Donatella è lasciata andare: Pareti sporche, mobili vecchi e non funzionali, tende e cuscini sporchi e polverosi. Gli infissi non chiudono. I bagni sono molto vecchi, i sanitari arrugginiti. La cucina è vecchia, Gli elettrodomestici molto scadenti: i fornelli a gas funzionano male, la lavastoviglie non lava. Il barbecue è un trabiccolo...

Bella casa con giardino ben tenuto. Possibilità parcheggio interno molto apprezzato Unica perplessità su materassi letti singoli. Ottimo il resto dei servizi prestati.
