First floor: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one doublebed room and 2 bedrooms with single beds and balcony, two bathrooms with shower.

Lovely furnished, it is equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-fi.

The location is very attractive, very convenient and it is close to the soft sand of Versilia beach as well as to Pietrasanta (4km).

Some famous artists of note who called Pietrasanta home are Michelangelo and Vasari. Overtime, this small town has become an artistic centre, hosting lots of art galleries, temporary and seasonal art expositions and a picturesque historical centre.​ After a visit or tour through the city you can spend the day shopping in the city\'s central street.
