We reserved this property through Expedia. İt is a vrbo property. Upon arrival we noticed that the beds had no sheets, no towels and even no toilet paper. We tried to reach the host multiple times before they answered our call. They told us that this is intentional and the missing information on Expedia is due to the listing being new. They offered a refund but a refund was not a solution since it was late and we could not find another alternative that fast. They also had no solution to fix the situation. We then talked to Expedia and vrbo. Vrbo said that all properties should offer sheets, towels… They tried to reach the host multiple times with no success. Finally they offered us a partial refund to buy sheets, towels, to… Finding these things in the middle of the Dolomites late in the evening was not a simple task. I also this property is about 32 km away from Cortina. I would not recommend this property.
