No parties, and please request permission from the host for any events you
hold that involve more than 4 people not staying with you. Quiet hours are
between 11pm-7am. All guests must be declared upon booking or host must be
notified if your party is joined by other guests during stay. There is a large
fee for undeclared guests. Pets should be encouraged to be in one room rather
than given free reign of the entire house.
