This building #1, 2nd floor unit overlooks the Gatlinburg Golf Course and features four (4) king beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to ten (10) guests. The unit also has four (4) full bathrooms. The condo was recently updated (May 2023) and was placed into rental service as an owner managed condo for the first time in July 2023. Updates include new LVP flooring throughout, lighting improvements, window treatments, and some new furniture & electronics to update, refresh and modernize this unit.

PLEASE NOTE THESE POLICIES:

- There is a STRICT NO-SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY FOR THE CONDO BUILDINGS. SMOKING OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE, NOR OUTSIDE ON THE BALCONIES. The resort does, however, have designated areas for smoking and vaping use. ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES WILL BE ASSESSED FOR SPECIAL CLEANING REQUIRED FOR ANYONE WHO BREAKS THIS POLICY. Please be respectful of all future guests regarding this policy.

- Additionally, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind. In consideration of future guests with allergies, we respectfully request adherence to our NO PET policy.

This is an OWNER MANAGED CONDO. There is an onsite rental management company that manages over 130 of the condos in this resort, but they do not manage this one. We have our own maintenance/cleaning team to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
