Randy, at the desk, was quite welcoming and friendly. There was fresh fruit available in the lobby along with donuts, juices, hot chocolate, coffee and assorted teas. My room was spotless and beautifully furnished. I will be staying here from now on whenever I visit Pigeon Forge!

The breakfast is not at the hotel.You have to go across the street with a voucher.But the breakfast was very good over there. And while the bathroom was new and looked very nice, there was damage to the ceiling and it took a long time for the water to get hot.And the water pressure was not good so the nice shower fixture was not able to work efficiently. And Expedia's website did not list that it was a shared balcony and I did not see any private balconies.
