The staff at the hotel was very nice and made every effort to be hospitable. If we had been on an upper floor things might have been better. The noise from the pool until well after 11pm, the smokers in rockers right outside our window until after 11pm, hacking and talking loudly, the water dripping through the ceiling into the bathtub, all made the stay a bit rough. All of the little extras were nice, but didn't hide the things listed above.

Southern hospitality at its finest!

Great southern hospitality right from check in! Staff was very friendly and professional and very helpful as well. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Room service was great as well and even left my daughter an Easter bag treat too! From the little things of replenishment of room necessities to towel animal to setting up my daughter’s stuffed animals on her bed, it definitely didn’t go unnoticed!! The pool was nice too. The 24hr refreshments at the lobby were appreciated as well. Mr. Young and his instruments were a pleasant treat as well in the evening. Also breakfast at Reagan’s was appreciated as well! We will definitely be returning here again to Pidgeon Forge!

Great hotel

Clean updated comfortable room in a great location. Regular coffee maker and kurig in the room with coffee for both and creamer. Mini fridge and microwave. The shampoo and conditioner as well as lotion were replenished every day. The lobby had yummy donuts and variety of fruit as well as coffee, hot chocolate and juice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our favorite place to stay in PF

This is our second stay at Arbors at Island Landing Hotel. The front desk staff is super-friendly. It feels like a nice mini-resort with the complimentary refreshements, 24/7 heated pool & hot tub and other amenities. Everything in clean and good working order. The rooms are modern and comfortable. You cannot beeat the location near The Island and the breakfast deal across the street is a major selling point.
