Nice property. Would rebook

Nice property in a good location. The host was responsive and friendly. I would definitely book this property again, EXCEPT, Hotels.com does not show that this is managed by a company which adds levels of extra steps to stay. There is a complicated sign in process which must be completed before check-in instructions are given. Miss one point and the information doesn't get sent. Halfway through our stay, we were asked for a $1000 damage deposit. (with reminders) Overall, we were pleased with the property and host.
