This cabin is located in a growing neighborhood with active construction nearby. Guests may experience noise, dust, and construction vehicles, and work can occur any day between 6:00 AM and midnight. While this is outside our control, we want to be fully transparent so you can decide if this setting is the right fit for your stay. If you’re sensitive to noise or seeking a completely quiet environment, this may not be the best match.

PARKING
This cabin has TWO parking spaces only and street parking is not permitted. Please plan to carpool in if you have more than 2 vehicles, as the City of Pigeon Forge may tow cars parked in the street. There is not room for RV or Trailer parking.

PETS
• Two (2) dogs allowed only
• $75 pet fee per stay
• Dogs must be disclosed at booking
• Undisclosed pets will be charged retroactively
• Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning
• Dogs are permitted, but this is not a dog-focused or fenced property; the cabin is in a neighborhood with limited green space and no designated pet relief or play area

This is a beautiful place to stay, and great for children! Not the location is in close proximity to everything in Pigeon Forge! However, we were caught in 13” of snow while visiting. The roadways, in AND out, have steep slopes (I know it’s the Mountains) both ways, and became impassable for several days. There were no guardrails at the steepest drop off, so icy conditions, beware. The Host was very gracious and understanding of our situation, and tried to be as helpful as possible!
