Wind Down Oasis is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath dog-friendly vacation home nestled in the popular River Pointe Subdivision, just 1 mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Perfectly situated across from the Little Pigeon River, this cozy retreat offers easy access to tubing, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. With tubes and life vests provided, your group can float together and enjoy the scenic beauty of the river. The Old Mill stocks the river with trout, making it a great spot for fishing enthusiasts. (Fishing poles, kayaks and canoes are not provided)

The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests and features upscale furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for relaxation. The living room invites you to unwind with a queen sleeper sofa, cozy chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace (Oct 1st - April 1st), all within steps of the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the dining table or bar area, both perfect for family meals, card games, or even a bit of work if needed.

Both bedrooms feature plush king-sized beds and flat-screen TVs. The front king bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower, along with easy access to the front deck. The rear king bedroom opens onto a spacious screened deck with a hot tub, perfect for a relaxing soak, and also has direct access to a bathroom with a combination tub and shower.

Outdoors, Wind Down Oasis offers a variety of seating options and activities. The carport area below the home doubles as a play space, featuring four hanging egg swing chairs, a large picnic table, and cornhole. The front deck provides a peaceful spot for morning coffee, while the screened deck upstairs is ideal for dining al fresco or unwinding in the hot tub. An outdoor gas grill is available for cooking, allowing you to enjoy a meal in the fresh mountain air.

Additional amenities include an EV outlet for electric vehicle charging, a washer and dryer for your convenience, complimentary Wi-Fi, and multiple TVs for entertainment. Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.

We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**
