Friendly, smooth check in. A little outdated and could have been cleaner. Balcony had crushed chips and candy cane on the floor. Dining area for breakfast was a little congested but breakfast was good with good selection. Pool was nice but pretty wild one night with kids jumping and splashing so much you couldn’t sit anywhere without getting wet.
