Was here for Dollywood, but we so enjoyed the room and property. Wish we were there longer and while the pools were open. Fun, comfortable. Our room which was just double beds, was outstanding! Everyone working there was over the top nice. My only complaint was that the coffee was very weak.

It was disappointing that the hot tub wasn’t working and it wasn’t mentioned when checking in. The breakfast was not being restocked in the last hour. I waited for cottage cheese, yogurt and fruit to come out and after 40 minutes it was not replenished. Breakfast staff seemed to be “hiding” in the back.
