The hotel is very nice and pool area is excellent. However I did not get the room I booked and there was hair in the shower and on the towel rack. The woman who checked me in was not very friendly either, it was obviously just a job for her.

The property was lovely. However, the staff was not very helpful and didn’t explain themselves well. Also, there was fees on top of fees and they keep saying it will take 7-10 business days for it to be credited back. That is unacceptable. I have stayed at other Margaritaville hotels and have never experienced this.

Room was very spacious and enjoyed sitting on balcony overlooking huge pool area. Bed comfortable and towels very nice. New hotel so everything in great condition. Pool and lazy river and got tub were really nice. Free pinball and games in lobby. Only complaint was the closing of fire pits and pool with the slightest forcast of poor weather way too far in advance of weather getting there or it never even came. Strongly recommend this hotel for families with kids or just adults. I would definitely stay here again. Convenient location to everything in pigeon forge.
