Cozy Cuddles

"Cozy Cuddles" is in high demand as it is minutes walking distance to the parkway. Nestled away in a private community. In the beautiful valley of Pigeon Forge. Minutes away from Museums, Dinner Shows, Dollywood, and shopping. Upon entrance of home you will be greeted by the “Welcome to the Country” sign. It has a clean country farmhouse feel, with vintage lighting and farmhouse decor. Carpeted for the cold season and for the summer it has a pool located right out front. :) and a grill for BBQ!
The space
No Smoking.
Non refundable Pet Deposit required $150, one small pet only. (You are responsible to let us know if pets will be with you.)
Remove shoes upon inside entrance.
This is our home away from home and we ask that as we extend our welcome that you would care for it as we do. :)

3 space parking in front of home.
The third parking is shared with neighbor as the space is a run-on into neighbors driveway. (I have posted a picture of a van parked. Parking available on both sides of van.)

Other things to note
Please do not use decorative pillows as there are extra pillows in the closet.
Please do not throw cigarette butts out in street or near neighbors as this is a private community.
Upon leaving home please put a/c or heater back to how you have found it.
Also remove pillow casings and sheets on bed and every towel used ; put in front of washer area and have it ready for cleaning.
Do not remove pillow and mattress protectors only the exterior pillow cases and fitted sheets and blankets.
No candle burning
No throwing anything into the fireplace
Return air hockey cover over table and make sure switch is off for air hockey and also score keeper as there are two switches (one located on player side and table switch below on cord.
Please be courteous.
Enjoy a BBQ! (Grill on side of house)
And most importantly enjoy yourself :)

We arrived and had a minor hiccup with the door code not working properly but contacted the host and was more than satisfied with her timely response and her troubleshooting capabilities over the phone. Got us in under 10 minutes and was given a credit back on our payment. This house was Immaculate and beautiful. Everything was just as the pictures showed on VRBO. I am highly impressed with this Host and I will be returning for another stay with them. The house was just perfect for my boyfriend and I on our little getaway and I’m very pleased. Please Stay here you won’t regret it.

Quiet Area

It’s a small condo. I would definitely not have the large furniture in this small condo. It was more in the way. Remove Large couch in living g room w a smaller one and a chair would work much better. Couch was well worn out. The dresser in the master Bedroom took up too much space in the bedroom. Most people do not use the dresser.We did not use the kitchen, only to put cold food and drinks in the fridge.The pool is nice if you have young children with you as we had a 7 and 10 year old that played in the pool. The grass is cut high which draws lots of bugs. Bring lots of bug spray I was getting bit in the daytime. If you have issues with stairs, do not tent this unit. A set of stairs to get up to the condo and a set of stairs to the upstairs bedroom. It’s my fault for not looking closer at the description.Easy check in, quiet condo place, not far fromlocal activities.

Great home away from home

House was just as described. Beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed. Had a hiccup at check in but a call to the host and it was fixed in moments. Few little gifts left by previous guests but they found their way to the trash. Nothing that would hinder us from staying again!

Fantastic Home Away From Home

Home has all amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Minutes away from anything you would want to see or do in Pigeon Forge. Close to the action, but tucked away in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. Would recommend!!!

Nice house

Nice house and area for families to rent. The house was in a great location. The neighbor was quiet and nice for people who have animals with them. The location seemed to be safe. We were close enough to all of the entertainment that Pigeon Forge has to offer.
