Clean rooms and facilities. Meal times were extremely hectic. Elevators were crowded, long wait lines. Only one elevator was working most times. I would suggest different set up separating the cocktail line from the dinner line, lots of confusion there. Pool and hot tub over capacity, was not able to utilize during our stay. Overall good experience, just needs a little tweaking in above mentioned areas.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, reasonably priced, nice location within walking distance to area stores and attractions, spacious indoor pool/outdoor hot tub area and large indoor/outdoor social areas. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and room was quiet at night. The breakfast and kickback were great… when you could fight the crowd and get anything. It was very crowded while we were there and the staff was great and working as hard as they possibly could, but there was just not enough staffing to handle the capacity. Long wait for drinks and food, often no plates, ran out of food items. More staffing for the food serving times is needed. Those employees were amazing, kind, and patient but more help would make for a better experience.

This was probably the best hotel we have stayed at, only giving 4 stars because the elevator situation as well as the hot breakfast was not ideal. We had to wait 5-10 minutes each time to get on an elevator because one of the 3 was not working and the hotel was packed. The breakfast was delicious but there wasn’t enough for people. Maybe it was just a popular hotel on a popular weekend but it was busy. We had a great time other than that! We will definitely come back again!!

We had an amazing stay at the Pigeon Forge location. For such a busy week, the staff was courteous, and attentive. My only negative is that we did ask for a daily room refresh and despite it being noted in our account, there was some sort of communication disconnect with the housekeeping staff and we needed to ask for more towels and a refresh. However, the desk supervisor did offer to reimburse a portion of our last night’s stay for the inconvenience and not meeting expectations, which I felt was very generous! We will absolutely stay at this location again the next time we travel to Tennessee!
