We've stayed here several times in the past. We've never been disappointed! The room was clean as always with plenty of space. The pool area was clean and the water in the pool and hit tub felt great!

Nice property

Nice property and friendly staff. We arrived late and realized as we got ready for bed that the toilet would not flush. Too late to inform staff but other than that the rest of the trip was excellent.

They need to do better!

Upon arriving for our stay, there were 3 front desk workers. 2 girls and a guy. I went to the guy since the 2 young girls were on their cell phones. The guy was very nice and helpful. Later, I had to go back to the front desk since the fridge wasn't working and the maintenance guy Brian was very nice and helped us. Later we went back to the front desk to get help with getting the internet to work and the 2 girls were still on their phones and so I went to the guy again since the other 2 couldn't be bothered to help.The girl (a young Mexican girl with a pink sweatshirt) was very rude. I ended up figuring it out without their help. Breakfast used to be so good here. Which is why we wanted to stay again. It was terrible and cold. The last night we were there the hot tub was cold and a drunk guy kept touching my leg in the hot tub and doing back flips off the ledge even with a sign clearly stating not to do so.

This may be the best value on the Parkway.

A quick business meeting turned into a three day stay with no prior planning. Hotels.com had me in a clean, comfortable room in 20 minutes and automatically applied my reward credits. Excellent. The hotel was also a pleasant surprise for the cost!. A generous breakfast, ample free parking and a perfectly clean room made this stay worth putting on my "Tested and Rested" list. I would, no will, stay here again.
